Mergers & acquisitions

Leveraging our understanding of our clients' M&A strategy to identify appropriate targets to then lead the acquisition life cycle from pricing inclusive of synergy assessment to managing due diligence, negotiating transaction documentation to raising capital as required.
M&A - divestments
A highly commercial approach to optimising the outcome of the sale process through unique transaction management from business sale preparedness through to marketing materials, bidder engagement and management, due diligence, pricing negotiations and transaction documentation.
Public company takeovers

Leading the development of acquisition or defense strategy including bidding structures, pricing, funding structures, shareholder engagement as well as engagement with relevant regulatory bodies.

Assist clients considering a leveraged buyout or management buyout particularly focusing on corporate strategy and optimal funding structure utilising our strong relationships with domestic and offshore venture capital and private equity firms.

Our principals

Greg commenced his career in investment banking with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and joined ANZ Investment Bank where he was Managing Director Over the 25 years experience in M&A.
Greg has executed over 100 transactions on the full spectrum of M&A services including acquisitions, divestments, initial public offers, takeover defence, Private Public capital raisings, debt advisory and restructures.

Greg's clients have included Australian private and public companies and global multi-nationals, executing on numerous cross border transactions.
​
Greg founded Latitude Advisory in 2017 and in conjunction with the advisory business Latitude Capital undertakes private equity style of direct investment primarily in the healthcare sector including radiology and allied health.

Greg has a Bachelor of Business and a Masters of Administration (MBA) from the University of Melbourne.

Andrew commenced his career in investment banking with a focus on mergers and acquisitions at English merchant bank Hambros, French bank Société Générale as well as within the corporate finance team at global accounting firm EY. Andrew advised clients on the full spectrum of M&A services including acquisitions, divestments, initial public offers, public and private capital raisings, debt advisory as well as government privatisations.

Following his banking career, Andrew spent time in house with Australia’s largest member based organisation, the Royal
Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) and Australia’s largest supermarket business, Woolworths.
Andrew has returned to M&A advisory with Latitude Advisory.
Andrew’s unique skill set both as an external adviser and in
house has given him unique insights into the key issues confronted by senior management and Boards of Directors when considering M&A opportunities.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
